Research interests
I am fascinated by the ability of fungi to recycle nutrients in the ecosystem through complex biochemical pathways. I am also interested in mycoremediation, the use of fungal species to clean up contaminated environments.
In my study, I am exploring the ability of fungi to bioreclaim phosphorus from digested sewage sludge.
