Description
This practical short course intends to provide an overview of the different steps needed to perform mass spectrometry-based plant metabolomics. After half a day of lectures on the topic, the course will take place in the laboratory and in computer rooms where participants will have the opportunity to become familiar with sample preparation, analysis by HPLC-MS, data processing, and compound identification.
