Dr. Deborah Kistler is a post-doctoral researcher at ETH Zurich and Research Manager at the University of Zurich. She holds a PhD from the University of Lausanne. Her research focuses on helping organizations and policy makers to apply and implement evidence-based decision-making as well as using insights from behavioral science. She has led various studies for impact measurement in Switzerland, Asia and South America. She taught courses on impact evaluation and behavioral economics at ETH, Unidistance Suisse, ZHAW and Kalaidos FH.
